Master in Public Health

The College of Public Health, in keeping with its mission of advancing health through leadership, scholarship, research and service, offers a  Master of Public Health degree. MPH degree requires the completion of 42-credit hours and a declared concentration in one of five public health concentrations:

• Biostatistics
• Environmental Health
• Epidemiology
• Health Promotion and Behavior
• Health Management and Policy

The Master of Public Health degree program consists of both Public Health courses and a complementary selection of courses taught by the University faculty. The program is taught on-site in the University classrooms where instructors utilize the most current educational technologies as well as use distance learning technologies to complement the in-class experience.
