	IMPORTANT NOTES The Application process fee is non-refundable. Your application will not be processed unless it is complete and all relevant documentation submitted. The students are reminded to select at least 4 different fields.  This facilitates the university to procure a seat in at least one of the fields requested. Two references attesting to your unique qualities, motivation and ability for completing the degree program must be submitted. If an offer of a place is given by Green Hills you must accept this offer in writing within three (3) months. If this offer of a place is not accepted within three (3) months, a fresh application must be submitted. Students who are found guilty of academic misconduct or other serious offences as outlined in the Student Handbook will automatically have them suspended from the university. The decision of the admission Committee is final, and no correspondence may be entered into. If for any reason, the student cannot procure a visa or any permit, he/she is automatically transferred to the next session in case any seats is available unless the student request for a refund of his/her course fees. Refund can be made partly or in full depending on the time the request was made. Registration Fees, Evaluation Fees and Application Fees are non-refundable in any circumstances.
